Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern all digital services purchased from Phoenix Power Infinity Ventures LLC ("Phoenix Power Infinity Ventures", "we", "us"), registered at 29310 Laro Dr, Agoura Hills, CA 91301, USA. By purchasing a package you agree to these terms.

2. Services and scope

We provide productized B2B digital services: AI integration, business workflow automation and digital growth engineering. Each package is a fixed-price deliverable with a defined scope, deliverables list and turnaround time published on the package page at the time of purchase. Work outside that published scope requires a separate written quote.

3. Client obligations

• Provide accurate requirements through the onboarding form after checkout.
• Provide timely access to the systems, accounts and data needed for delivery.
• Respond to review requests within 5 business days.
• Hold all licences required for third-party tools used in your build.

Turnaround timers pause while we are waiting on required access, content or approvals.

4. Payment

All packages are payable in full and in advance in US dollars through PayPal, which also processes debit and credit card payments. We never store your card details.

5. Intellectual property

On receipt of full payment, all custom deliverables produced for you — configurations, prompts, automation logic, documentation and custom code — transfer to you. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tooling, frameworks and internal libraries, and grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use them as embedded in your deliverables.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use our services for unlawful activity, for sending unsolicited bulk messages, or to process data you are not authorised to process.

7. Warranties and liability

We deliver services with reasonable professional skill and care. Except where prohibited by law, our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outages of third-party platforms.

8. Refunds, revisions and delivery

Our Refund & Revision Policy and Delivery Policy form part of these terms.

9. Governing law and contact
