2. Data we collect
- Contact details you submit: name, work email, company, phone, message content.
- Order details: package purchased, amount, transaction reference from PayPal.
- Onboarding data: the requirements, credentials and materials you share for delivery.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and basic usage analytics.
We do not receive or store full payment card numbers. Card and PayPal payments are processed directly by PayPal under its own privacy policy.
3. Why we use it
- To deliver the services you purchased (contractual necessity).
- To respond to enquiries and provide support (legitimate interest).
- To meet tax, accounting and anti-fraud obligations (legal obligation).
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your operational data to train models.
4. Sharing
We share data only with processors needed to run the business — payment processing (PayPal), hosting, email and analytics providers — under confidentiality obligations.
5. Retention
Project data is retained for the support window plus 12 months. Transaction records are retained for 7 years to meet accounting requirements. Credentials you share are removed from our systems on project completion or on request.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Under the CCPA/CPRA, California residents may request disclosure or deletion of personal information and may opt out of any sale or sharing — we do not sell or share personal information. Exercise any right by emailing contact@phoenixpowerinfinity.com; we respond within 30 days and never discriminate against you for exercising a right.
7. Security and transfers
All traffic is encrypted with TLS, access to client systems is least-privilege, and secrets are stored in an encrypted vault. Where data is transferred outside the EEA/UK we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses.
8. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for site function and basic analytics cookies to measure traffic. You can block cookies in your browser without losing access to the site.
